Improvements Unlimited is a Sagle, Idaho excavation and site development company doing the ground-up work the North Idaho panhandle is built on: roads and driveways, land and tree clearing, foundations, utilities, septic and full site development.

We are a lean, locally owned, owner-operated outfit, run by Duane Ricker, and we like it that way. There is no layer of salespeople between you and the work, no dispatcher reading a script, no crew you have never met showing up to a job the owner never saw. When you call Improvements Unlimited, you talk to Duane, the person who will actually run the machine on your project, and that changes everything about how the work gets done.

Because we handle all of it in house, we can take a project from standing timber to finished grade without you coordinating three separate crews.

We are based in Sagle and serve the North Idaho panhandle, Sagle, Sandpoint, Priest River and West Bonner, Bonners Ferry and Boundary County, and Coeur d'Alene and Kootenai County, across the whole panhandle. Being local keeps us responsive and keeps your estimate free of long-haul costs.
