Being based in Sagle is the whole reason we can serve the panhandle well. Distance costs money in this business. Every mile a machine has to travel to reach your site is time and fuel that ends up somewhere in your bill, which is why a crew hauling iron up from the Coeur d'Alene valley or beyond can rarely compete with a local outfit on a straightforward job. We are already here, so getting to your project in Sagle, Sandpoint, Priest River, Bonners Ferry or the country in between is quick and affordable.

Local also means we know the ground and how things work here. We understand how North Idaho soils and rock behave, how deep the frost drives, how mountain water moves, and how the county and Panhandle Health District handle things like septic permits. That local knowledge shows up as better decisions on your jobsite and fewer surprises along the way.

Whether you are in town or a long way off the pavement, we bring the iron to you.

Year-Round, Weather Permitting

Building in North Idaho does not fully stop for winter, and neither do we. Frozen and snow-covered ground makes some work harder and means some jobs are better left for a thaw, but clearing, hauling and certain site work carry on much of the year. We will always give you a straight assessment of whether conditions favor doing your project now or waiting for better ground. Not sure whether you are in our range?
