What ties these eight services together is not just that one crew does them all, it is that we do them all the same way. It starts with reading the ground. It carries through drainage, the single most common reason site work fails out here, and it finishes with compaction and clean-up: ground placed and packed to hold, and a site left ready for the next phase instead of buried in slash and spoil.
