The name says it: Improvements Unlimited. We do the whole set of improvements a piece of ground needs to go from raw and wooded to finished and usable. Site development is that big-picture work, tying together clearing, roads, utilities, foundation and final grade into one coordinated project, so you are not juggling separate crews trying not to dig up each other's work.

Across Sagle, Sandpoint and the panhandle, we take projects start to finish: clearing the timber, cutting the access road, digging and prepping the foundation, trenching the utilities, setting the septic, and grading it all out to a finished, drainable, buildable, or already-landscaped site.

Final Grade & Landscape Prep

The last phase decides how the finished property looks and drains. We shape the final contours so water leaves the buildings and the site drains clean, spread and level topsoil, and prep the ground for lawn, seed, rock or hardscape. It is the quiet groundwork that makes the visible landscaping work.

Whether we are handing off to a landscaper or finishing the grade ourselves, we leave a site that is genuinely ready, shaped, drained and prepped, instead of a rough site someone else has to fix before they can start.
